Great Guide
Jason was excellent from the booking thru the float. He was very honest on what to expect and he guided a great float with many personal best. His advise was stellar and dead on to yield good results. I At age 60 I have taken many trips and Jason was or is one of the best guides I have had. I am planning many more with him in the future. High recommend staying at his cabin as it is nicely located and very comfortable.

One of the best days of my life
My husband and I had the pleasure of fishing with Jake on our honeymoon. He was the nicest, most helpful person ever. He was patient and taught us a lot about fishing, the river, the types of fish we were catching, just everything. He was professional and kind and I can't say enough about how perfect everything was. Thank you so much for making this dream a reality for both of us. We WILL be recommending Jake and Jason to anyone who will listen. THANK YOU!

Wow!! Trip of a lifetime.
This was the ultimate FANTASTIC fishing & wilderness family experience. At the outset- Our guide Jake accommodated our late (7am) start, outfitted 4 of us perfectly, made us feel capable (we are fly fishing novices) and welcome and proceeded to take us to a PRIME location on the Kenai River and teach us how to fly fish for sockeye salmon. Our 3 teenagers caught so many fish, we forgot the total count- and hit all limits! Jake was an excellent companion, terrifically patient and encouraging teacher, and cool under pressure when I spotted a brown bear fishing across the river from us. He became our family and our mentor/captain of the art of fly fishing. The best you will not find elsewhere. Thank you Mr Jake!! If you are in AK, IF you can get time w Jake, be sure it will be a fantastic and memorable excursion. We WILL return to go with Jake again!! Wow. One Special Day. August 2, 2019.
