And it was fun! Because it was the lunch for pelicans and egrets, who couldn't have to wait for some fresh fish from local boats and fishermen bringing it to the marina and 'to the table'. I just happened to be nearby, and took some photos. Observing these birds and their behavior, I couldn't help thinking, that sometimes they are just like human beings. Or maybe, sometimes we are like birds? Anyway, it was another great visit to the area and Clearwater Beach Marina, that just several weeks ago was as busy as ever. All kinds of boats, restaurants, souvenir shops, rental businesses. And tourists everywhere ... It's a very nice, bustling place to spend some time, and it's just across from the Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. See more..

I love going to this place. It is chalk full of odd items including taxidermy animals, medical specimens, antique medical equipment, pictures, post cards, odd and vintage clothing, and really fun signs for those who appreciate an odd sense of humor. Several parking spaces are marked with body out outlines and you immediately notice several headless dolls and doll-less heads! The guy that owns the place is friendly and interesting.
