   I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Angel Yaht Charters on two separate days of cruising and entertaining clients. From the very start, their booking and customer service was professional and efficient. Our yacht was in perfect condition, with impeccable attention to detail; from the stunning glass windows, to the seating and fully stocked kitchen, we felt pampered throughout our trip. The captain and crew that we had were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job at making sure we were safe and thoroughly enjoying our experience.     On a recent trip to Miami I had an unexpected meeting cancellation, so I decided to go fishing to kill a day and I contacted Capt. Denis, boy was that a good decision. The weather was not the best to head out into the ocean, so we decided to stay inshore and try a few spots while we did some sightseeing. He was very knowledgeable and all around a nice person to have a conversation with while fishing. I mention this because a few years back I hired a guide out of Key Biscayne and it was like been with a drill sergeant, he got upset if the cast was not perfect etc, and that made the whole experience awful, to the point that we decided to cut the fishing trip short. Capt. Denis' boat was well prepared with the proper gear and he was always ready to help and or teach the different techniques.     As a regular NM customer in Tysons Corner, Va I have come to expect high things from the NM chain of stores. Of those I have visited the Bal Harbour location was by far the worst. I went to find a tshirt I had been looking for, while on vacation in Miami. I went to the men’s floor (floor 3 I believe it was, the floor with the cafe) And proceeded to walk thru the merchandise 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or acknowledged me or tried to help. I literally saw 3 people on the floor, so it’s not like it was busy. Finally, I decided to leave and go downstairs and look at cologne as that was something else I wanted. The lovely associate in men’s fragrances helped me and even took me back up to the men’s shop and tried to help me find the tshirt I was looking for, to no avail, but at least she tried. She was excellent, the men’s shop associated were the bottom of the barrel. See more..
