The bottom of the barrel
As a regular NM customer in Tysons Corner, Va I have come to expect high things from the NM chain of stores. Of those I have visited the Bal Harbour location was by far the worst. I went to find a tshirt I had been looking for, while on vacation in Miami. I went to the men’s floor (floor 3 I believe it was, the floor with the cafe) And proceeded to walk thru the merchandise 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or acknowledged me or tried to help. I literally saw 3 people on the floor, so it’s not like it was busy. Finally, I decided to leave and go downstairs and look at cologne as that was something else I wanted. The lovely associate in men’s fragrances helped me and even took me back up to the men’s shop and tried to help me find the tshirt I was looking for, to no avail, but at least she tried. She was excellent, the men’s shop associated were the bottom of the barrel.
