On a recent trip to Miami I had an unexpected meeting cancellation, so I decided to go fishing to kill a day and I contacted Capt. Denis, boy was that a good decision. The weather was not the best to head out into the ocean, so we decided to stay inshore and try a few spots while we did some sightseeing. He was very knowledgeable and all around a nice person to have a conversation with while fishing. I mention this because a few years back I hired a guide out of Key Biscayne and it was like been with a drill sergeant, he got upset if the cast was not perfect etc, and that made the whole experience awful, to the point that we decided to cut the fishing trip short. Capt. Denis' boat was well prepared with the proper gear and he was always ready to help and or teach the different techniques.
