This 18th century mill is now owned by the town, and still grinds spelt, wheat, and other flours. It is open for tours on Wednesday afternoon, from 14:00 to 16:00, and Saturday mornings after 10:30. When I visited on a Saturday morning, I met the old miller himself, himself the son of a miller, who personally guided me through the entire structure. There are great views from the upper platform, and you can get close enough to the main gears to touch them.
