   I was in Staphorst last summer ..I recommend visiting the museum in July and August ,on Wednesdays ,when there are open activities in the yard of the old farm .and you can take pictures .Staphorst is a closed protestant village with strict rules ,where 1800 villagers still wear old traditional costumes .On Sunday 2000 villagers go to church ,then you are not allowed to take pictures . The village is a delight ...I liked the farms ,the green doors ,the local folklore ,the local gardens full of flowers .The museum is a picture of an old farm ,like a Dutch painting ...you can visit the village in an hour .    Wijnproeverij gedaan bij de kasteelhoeve. Ondanks we zelf niet veel wijn drinken, vonden we het erg leuk. Je kreeg wat informatie over hoe de wijn gemaakt werdt en wat het verschil is tussen de een en andere wijn. Je kreeg stukjes worst, kaas en creakertjes.
   Totaal 12 soorten wijn geproeft, 4x witte wijn , 4x rode wijn, 1x port en een likeur cream.
