We were there at the beginning of school break so we didn't need to make a reservation. Staffs were really friendly. The instructions were given and taken very seriously. The instructor walked with our sons (8 and 10) up the tower and did the demonstration also up there. There are three stages to play. One high (in height) and difficult. Two lower and intermediate. Our kids did the high one. After finishing their course, they were rewarded with a very long zip line from the tower twice! Various (reasonable priced!) drinks at the counter.
