   We rented a polyvalk and had a great time on the water. Kaag Island is very picturesque. It was fun to arrive by pond. The boat was in great condition and the staff helped with raising the sails. The little wooden island in front of the marina is very convenient for rigging the sails. Highly recommend if you have some sailing experience and want a nice day on the water for a reasonable price!    The people, the boat and the business are really good. If they are only 3 out of 5 things to do, the other 2 must be fantastic, because I could not fault the service or the boat. My only thought is that it makes normal life a little dull, so I should mark them down! See more..

   It is not that I am complaining, but we gave it a shot. We wanted to book a boat in advance, but the owner said that we can come without booking. So here we came, everything seemed nice - we paid the fee and packed into the boat, after 10 minutes of terrible noise and vibration we had to change the boat - so we upgraded it and took another one. We paid three hours in advance without knowing numerous traps in the service. After 40 minutes on the second boat which was as terrible as the first one with noise and vibration, we decided to return to the station. When we did and came up to the office asking for a partial refund for unused services we had to face rude and unfriendly attitude. So after 5 minutes the boss of the station told that conversation is over, turned her back and left. I assume that business is not going well if they holding on for every even small payment. Needless to say, that we went to another rental ('t Fissertje) took the other boat (twice expensive) and had a wonderful time on the lakes of Kaag. See more..
