   Remarkable old church in the center of Hellendoorn with a 12th century Roman style nave. The church consists of three major sections of which the late-Gothic eastern part I found the most beautiful, though the tower is charming as well. It is the lively center of the protestant community in Hellendoorn. When I visited on a Sunday afternoon there was an activity for children.    We visited Hellendoorn on the way to Germany from the Hook of Holland. This little theme park looked great for Halloween, with a few extra attractions and actors mingled with the guests. Although there was a large nymber of people inside the que's were light, Balagos roller coaster was running well, the longest que was for the sewer rat coaster. Good value fun park with great food.
