The building in which the escaperoom is situated, played in important role in that period. It was the resistance's headquarters against the Spaniards who ruled Grolle back then. 4 centuries later you can return once again to the 17th century to complete an important mission amidst the encroaching war.    Wat een gastvrijheid hier. We waren op zoek om iets te doen met onze tweejarige dochter. Een beetje per ongeluk stuiten we op leemland. Maar wat is het hier gastvrij.

   Bij binnenkomst wordt je vriendelijk welkom geheten en krijg je daarna kort tekst en uitleg. Het museum begint met een 15min durende film over de 80-jarige oorlog en dan vooral rondom Groenlo.
   Op de 1e en 2e verdieping zijn nog wat kamers ingericht met gevonden voorwerpen en oude landkaarten.

   Natural Park 'De Leemputten' (also called 'Zwolse Leemputten') is a nature reserve in the East of the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in Groenlo (Zwolle). You can combine the visit with a stay in the fantastic 5* Recreation Park 'Marveld'. The nature reserve was created by clay-quarrying operation, late 19th century, for the benefit of the brick factory in Groenlo. A walking trail allows up to across the border with Germany to the Zwillbrocker Venn, which has a rich flora and fauna.
