   Jurong Lake Gardens is an incredible visit for locals and tourists alike. Although undergoing some construction at present which dampens the look and peace of the gardens, it is a worthwhile trek over to Jurong from the city centre. Rasau Walk and it’s gorgeous red pathway is certainly a highlight, overlooking the gorgeous water and skyline. I’m sure if the Japanese and Chinese gardens were open, the garden would be a complete delight. We spent over 3 hours at a half open park, I’m sure that when the gardens are fully open it will be a days worth of fun. Easily reached by MTR and bus, there is no excuse not to visit this free attraction. However, Chinese Garden MTR isn’t the closest stop anymore due to the construction, and lead to a long walk around construction boards. I suggest getting off at Lakeside instead. Even beautiful whilst partially boarded up, Jurong Gardens are a must see for sunny days in SG. See more..
