Amazing waterfalls
Firstly let me say all the fuss in earlier reviews about entrance fees were unreasonable. These waterfalls are a community based project providing much needed livelihood to the very friendly locals. The entrance fee is set at rp70k per person for 2 waterfalls and rp90k for 4 falls and includes a guide. Tickets can be purchased at the office in the entrance. For foreigners I recommend just pay the fee and help out. Its a price of a beer back where you're from so why fuss. We had the most friendliest and helpful guide with us who helped us on the track and took great photos for us. Benang Stokel is a 10 minute easy walk from the entrance and has 2 falls. No swimming here as its just a fall. The furthest fall is Kelambu and that's a bit of a hike on clear paths with steps up and down. At the end is a 175 steep steps to reach the falls but boy is it worth it. Simply stunning through lovely green canopy. There are pools to swim in but not sure about the hygiene so we gave it a miss but the view more than made up for it. The idea of tracking back didn't appeal so we took a bike ride back that is available at the top for rp20k one way. You can buy a return bike trip to Kelambu if you want to save time and not work a sweat for rp35k at the ticket office. Advisable if not reasonably fit or with knee issues. All in a very worthwhile and amazing experience.

A Must See in Lombok!
Breathtaking waterfalls and quite the cool trek through the jungle! We hired a cab from our resort (Qunci Villas) to take us there and back for 550K IDR and it was well worth it! The entrance fee was 100K per person ($10 CAD) which included a guide who took us to 4 different falls (the 2 main ones, and 2 secret falls) within the park. Our guide Addy was amazing and quite the talented photographer! He carried our backpack and snapped countless photos of us posing in front of and right in the falls themselves! The whole trek took us 90 minutes and was a total of almost 4km. Definitely we’ll worth it and the most beautiful thing we’ve seen in Lombok to date!! Other reviews indicated the guide wasn’t required or necessary but we really found it to be worthwhile as some of the terrain was quite treacherous! We’re two young able bodied travellers and still got a pretty good workout seeing all the sights! Thanks Addy for being an amazing guide!
