This village is truly special. Situated on the slope of mount Rinjani and is surrounded by so many stunning mountains, Sembalun offers a breathtakingly incredible view. Sunrise and Sunset are equally amazing from this village. During the day time you can immerse yourself into the beautiful scenery of Mount Rinjani, scenic Paddy fields and all of the other mountains in this area. This village is also a home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Lombok such as; Mangku Sakti Waterfall, Mangku Kodek waterfall, Umar Maya and Dewi Selendang. When in Sembalun, do not forget to trek any of the mountains for an even more beautiful view. Words can't really describe how beautiful this place is.
