    Beautiful
We visited yesterday and all four of us agreed that this was a beautiful experience, learning about the terrible plight of Elephants in Thailand and the way they are mistreated was heartbreaking. Making up the food and then meeting and feeding these beautiful majestic creatures up close was delightful and I highly recommend this trip to all visitors to Samui. Lunch was delicious as well Thank you

What majestic, noble and beautiful elephants
Spent an afternoon here. Like others we researched carefully before going and found that it was affiliated to the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai that we had been to before. It is also one of the few recommended by Responsible Travel. They have two places, we visited their original in Bophut. They had 7 female elephants all between 50 and 64. They seemed very well looked after, no chains and not doing anything just for tourists. Effectively you make food for them, then take bags of bananas around the area meeting the elephants along the way. You get a chance to feed them gently and take photos, it is all done very well and you can see the elephants come first. Guides are good and knowledgeable. They pick you up and drop you off at your hotel and you have a lovely couple of hours in the presence of these majestic animals. It is sad that these sanctuaries have to exist, however, this one looked and felt good and we were happy to support it.
