Very fun at the Park and the Pandas

Taman Safari Bogor is always fun every time we went there. We came to the park very early morning, but it always not enough. We spent a lot of time during the safari with the car like 2-3 hours before entry the main parks. We visited the Pandas. They were so cute. Tipps: always bring carrots or buy them before the entrance. It was fun feeding the animals with the carrots during safari trip with car. The price for locals and foreigners with KITAS were 195k and we came on Weekdays.

Who'd a thought, in the middle of Indonesia.
I was stunned. Our friends who live in North Jakarta, said we were going to a Safari. I immediately thought, it would be a poor showing of a typical Zoo. This place floored me. The more I learn about Indonesia, the more and more respect I have for the place, and want to explore more. This is a self drive "Safari" and it was AWESOME. It's about 3-4 hours out of Jakarta near Bogor, and even the drive down there, through the country, and smaller villages was interesting. But the Zoo. Did I mention it was AWESOME. The animals are permitted to freely roam, and the variety was stunning.

Excellent Zoo!
First time coming back to the zoo after a few years. I am confident to say that the zoo is probably one of the best in south east asia region. Especially in the terms of the amount of animals and how well they are taken care of. The animals look healthy and friendly. There is so much to see in the zoo. I highly recommend this place to families and couples to visit on weekdays as the traffic wont be as much. The place is very much car oriented could get really busy on the weekend
