    Beautiful art and lovely people!!
If you visit Lanai without stopping here you're missing out!! Not only is Mike a very accomplished artist, there's a wonderful variety of art in different mediums from other artists throughout Lanai and the rest of Hawaii. Mike's paintings really capture the essence and beauty of life on Lanai in a way no photograph ever could, and every time I look at the painting I bought it transports me back to this gem of an island. Additionally, Mike and Kat are absolutely wonderful people - kind and friendly, really down to earth, and a total joy to chat with. Stop by and check it out!

Don’t miss a stop at Mike Carroll Gallery
We’ve been coming to Lana’i for almost 30 years and one of our favorite stops each time is Mike’s gallery. His paintings are amazing, but he also has many other talented Hawaiian artists he shows. Be prepared to “talk story” with Mike and Kat before you leave. They know the artists they represent and will tell you the story of the piece that you find to bring home. It makes the piece all the more special. Today we found a wood bowl fashioned from a section of a majestic Cook Pine that fell behind the Post Office last year. Art should always mean something—to the artist and to its owner. That is what makes Mike’s gallery so special. You will know the story behind your art and you will cherish the memory of finding it.
