Very Relaxing Ancient Town

Zhenyuan is a great place to visit if you want to get away from the big cities and relax. I really enjoyed my stay in Zhenyuan and was able to recharge and unwind during my stay.

Lovely old town at night
I stayed at the old town for one night and had time to stroll around the riverside and over the old bridge offering beautiful night views.It was quite busy at night with people walking around to relax and to shop.

Ancient Town & Black Dragon Cave
Black Dragon Cave is not really a cave as per American thoughts. There are about 400 steps - this is NOT handicap accessible. Beautiful views of the town and learnings of Buddhism, Taoism and Confusionism. Be prepared for very uneven steps. After the cave, take a walk into ancient town to see the beautiful architecture. There is some street food and various vendors selling many of the same things. its the beginning of the ethnic minority villages.
