    This site took us some time to find. Coming from the direction of Gudhjem there is sign for a picnic area combined with a sign VANDFALL. It's right before you reach the lowest part of the Dondalen valley in the road. That's the place to be. It's a ten minute walk to the waterfall, it's not signposted , just keep walking strait on. The waterfall and the woods are amazing. Nice and tranquil. We visited in June and it was not very crowded. See more..

    We started our Bornholm vacation with this little valley. The parking is by the sea with magnificent views of the exposed granite rocks. And from there we started to walk down the kobbe å (literally meaning the kobbe stream). It was a nice sunny day and the water was sparkling under the sun. Apparently there is a waterfall approx. 2 km from the start point but we did not go all the way. The waterfall is only 3 meters so I don't think it was anything special but the walk is magnificent.
