Nice for entire family

A place to see for the entire family. Came here with our kids, 5 and 7-year olds, and they liked it so much they didn’t want to leave. They had a treasure hunt and other activities for kids, like a small “fishing pond” and fish market. Interesting collection of stuffed animals and fish, as well as fishing and hunting gear. There’s no cafe in the museum, but one very close by.

    Interesting natural history type museum
    Interesting museum with hunting and fishing exhibits as well as paintings and photographs with a fish or animal theme. Duck decoys and some nautical items too.

    Unexpected Depth
    Although I'm not a fan of hunting, this museum delves deeply into the sports of Fishing and Hunting. It provides good insight into the sports with fine exhibits. It never veers off to the gruesome so that this is a good museum for everyone.
