I’m so thankful that Springdale exists, and even happier I happened to move 10 minutes from the barrel room. I love sour beer, all year round, and Springdale can DELIVER on the sour. This stuff is aged in oak barrels, and many, if not all, in WINE oak barrels. If you’re hankering for some real funk, try Ghost Species. Don’t be scared, ye of weaker palettes, Springdale offers plenty on the milder side of things, too. A Russian Market with the best Deli selection, I've ever seen. This includes a nice selection of Caviars, great Russian pastries, etc. Amazingly good ethnic Russian dishes cooked by very talented Russian ladies. Oh my god this stuff is good! Try the Lamb Kabobs! This place is its own destination experience! I found myself going to this place instead of restaurants because the food was so amazing and the staff had great Russian accents and very helpful. As a traveler I really like finding a hometown store like this especially one with so much culture. I ended up buying 1/4 pound of caviar and some great cheese and bread one night - a much needed break from Restaurant food! Desert was a New York made layered torte. ...as an added bonus, the prices are CRAZY low. When you are traveling and need a break from restaurant food, this is the place to go in Framingham. I wish I could pick them up and take them to Colorado. I would never shop anywhere else. See more..

I grew up walking in these woods. The quality of the woods has deteriorated. So many trees are dead and many have been blown over. Burning Bush, a non-native, is spreading like wildfire. (It has ununusual branches-almost like fins on the branches). This is a problem because the insects that live in this area do not feed on the Burning Bush. The BB takes up space that native plants otherwise would have used. So insects have less to feed on, so there are fewer of them, and in turn birds have less to feed on-so fewer birds. I don't know if all the dog poop from the masses of dogs dog walkers take here has an effect on the trees. It is a beautiful place, but it needs some TLC. See more..

this is a short trail for walking/biking with a plan for extension (eventually). pretty quiet passing through industrial park. not sure its worth putting my bike on the car though wouldn't;t take streets to get there from my neighborhood. hopefully it will go through to Cochichuate Lake area at some point soon!! Hanson's Farm is a small family run farm in Natick, offering a farm stand with fresh fruits and vegetables. We visited in the fall and did the Corn Maze and picked pumpkins. The maze was fun for the kids, and perfect for families with younger kids as it wasn't too hard. A map would have been helpful - but it wasn't really needed. The admission price seemed very fair, with kids under 5 being free and only $15 for Adults, but that includes a small pumpkin! You have to try the Apple Cider Donuts, they are amazing!
