    Coggshall Park image
The small lake is beautiful, with a walking trail all around it. We met a member of the citizens group that supports the park, and she told us the fascinating history. We also walked into the woods in one of the marked trails and saw beautiful rock formations and a narrow creek flowing between the rocks. Children and seniors were feeding the ducks and Canada geese. There was a rock band playing by the stone house. Much of the park was built by the WPA during the Depression. A delilghtful find! See more..
