   This should be on a list of "must see" antique stores in Texas. Lots to see, but very well organized and amazing. Like a museum for sale. At one point I felt like I was in my dads shed seeing some familiar items from my childhood. Worth the trip to Brady, TX just for this place. 5 stores on the square and another down the road.    Last year I was in Brady, Texas but didn't get to visit the museum. Yesterday I made a special trip just to see it. It was amazing. I spent over 2 hours there looking at the displays of Country Music legends clothing and other memorabilia. I got several CDs and albums to add to my music collection from their gift shop and music store. It's the best thing Brady has to offer. Make sure you stop by. You won't be disappointed.    This is the local movie theater that has been refurbished for showing current movies. They only show three days of the week, The same show is screened each day or that weekend. The seating is comfortable, wide, and plenty of leg space. See more..

   This is a seasonal store open during pecan season which is usually October-January. Depending on the year, it can also be found on Commerce street (He says he opens the commerce st. store when there are a lot of local pecans for him to purchase). Riddles Pecan has been around for 40 years and it's the only place in town to get all things pecan. He's got shelled, cracked, and in-shell new crop pecans as soon as he can get his hands on them. He also usually has various pecan candies and treats. When it's a good local crop season he sells cane poles, crackers, and pecan picker uppers. With all the noise from the highway you do have to talk loud in there, but it really is one of a kind. It's rare for ANY business to survive that long in Brady! See more..
