Heart of Texas Country Music Museum - a must see
Last year I was in Brady, Texas but didn't get to visit the museum. Yesterday I made a special trip just to see it. It was amazing. I spent over 2 hours there looking at the displays of Country Music legends clothing and other memorabilia. I got several CDs and albums to add to my music collection from their gift shop and music store. It's the best thing Brady has to offer. Make sure you stop by. You won't be disappointed. Oh did I mention it's FREE to get in. You can leave a donation if you want to.

Fun, Free, Fantastic Country Music Museum
Amazed this great little country music museum was in a small out of the way town! And it's free. Not huge, but an impressive collection from classic country artists (think pre 1990). A lot of outfits worn by the artists from when rhinestones and other flourishes were common for country performers. Also a number of instruments and other items including guitars. Good info bathe outfits, but I wish they had more info about the guitars. I'm a guitar player so naturally that's what I like to know more about. they also have a few vehicles including Jim Reeves' tour bus (you can go inside). Strongly recommend for even a casual country music fan or music fan open to other musical heritage.

Colorful costumes
Very neat and colorful display of Classic Country Music legends stage wear and other items. Nice little gift area where you can purchase CD's and other memorabilia. Very informative and friendly greeter at the door!
