Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Wanted to celebrate my 69th birthday by doing something special. Decided to get certified for scuba. Had heard about this place from others so off I went. Dwayne had the patience of a saint as he took me through all the instructions of what I needed to learn to be safe as well as certified. He instructions were clear and concise and he had no problem stopping me when I didn’t fully understand and correct me when necessary, all in a very professional manner. My four open water dives were fantastic and because of Dwayne I was able to complete all the skills, most on the first try. It was a fantastic experience with a very professional instructor along with a great staff. I would highly recommend Dos Tiburones, Dwayne, and their staff to anyone looking to dive or get certified. I did my PADI Open Water course with Corn Island Dive Center and had a great experience. I've been wanting to get certified for years now, and the staff made this dream come true. Myron is a knowledgeable and patient teacher and explained everything to me thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood everything and did the activities correctly. I sometimes panic in open water because I'm not the best swimmer, but Myron was by my side the entire time safely guiding me and I'm now much more confident swimming and being in open waters. I highly recommend doing a PADI Open Water course, or even a regular scuba diving or snorkeling tour with Corn Island Dive Center because the staff is professional and friendly and you'll have a fun time! My first post on Tripadvisor and it is not for lack of opinions of places and things I’ve done. But, this was worst my time posting. I had a wonderful time with Capt. Willy. First trip was with the Family (Wife, daughter, son and niece) on this trip my nice got sea sick, so we had to cut the trip short. Make sure that you take something before heading out to the open sea. On the 2nd trip (next day) it was just me and my son (7 years old) we went fishing and snorkeling. It was awesome. We caught lot of fishes and then we went snorkeling, we saw sharks, sting rays, and turtles. The main thing about why I’m recommending Capt. Willy is that I felt save the entire time we were out at sea. Even with my 7 year old snorkeling. I’m not the best swimmer so I had to rely on him to take care of my kid while out snorkeling in the open sea. And he did and awesome job. I would definitely go back with him for this type of adventure. See more..

Wow! What can I say? From the moment Joey and Mariel met us from the dock we just got the feeling we were in for the best of times. Joey ouzes professionalism and confidence in the water. Even though I have paddleboarded a lot I still learned a lot from Joey. Their gear is amongst some of the best inflatable SUPs that I have used to date. After we went on a "tour" we were treated like Gods and taken to secret spots for beer and chilled afternoons in tiny lagoons. Nothing was too much of a problem for Joey and Mariel and we felt like every dollar we spent was returned ten fold. When we said we fancied pizza this was nothing for Joey who hopped on his bike and went and collected us some. Joey has a 6 person paddleboard which is so much fun called SUPsquatch. I truly cannot recommend enough going to Big Corn and hanging out with these guys. See more..

Room and sheets perfectly clean with a nice view in the little Lagun front of the J-P House. The Nicaraguan breakfast of Amanda is delicious and hearty! J-P have very goods advices for visit the area. I went to El Bluff with him, a little excursion to the beach perfectly organized! Definitely the good place to stay for a real Nicaraguan experience

I did my PADI with Dolphin Dive on Little Corn in September 2022 within three days and can highly recommend them. The Dive Center around Adam is well equipped, very experienced and fun to be around. My instructor Bruno was super patient and able to calm my initial panic down. He made me feel safe, took the time to explain and did a great job showing the buddy group around the amazing reefs of Little Corn. On our last dive we saw three dolphins which let dreams come true… 10/10! See more..

The reefs around lil corn are some of the healthiest if seen and I have been up and down the mesoamericano reef many times, as well as islands in the pacific. I look forward to returning and prey that lil corn,of as I remember it, happy dog island hasnt changed. If you enjoy cattle call corperate dive opperators who cram 30 divers on a boat, 5 star hotels, and cloth napkins this isnt the place for you. I actually did two snorkel trips with Aqua Boy, one at daytime and one night snorkelling. Located right in front of Cafe Desideri, only a few minutes walk from the pier, they offer a bunch of activities like wakeboarding, fishing trips, beachvolleyball or snorkelling. They have a very personal service and ask for the individual snorkel experience. They care for beginners and 'professsionals' alike. Aqua Boy, his name is Roy, has incredible good eyes and spots a lot of wildlife. They go to nice places in the north of the island, which are shallow and offer an incredible variety of wildlife. We spotted nursesharks, eaglerays and a nice hawksbill turtle. For the night snorkelling you will get a light that you will turn off at one point to see the incredible bioillumination and chains of pearls. Its like in a different world, lights everywhere in the water. I definitely loved it!!! See more..

He had me on specific species immediately and many opportunities for me to casts. Every day was a success. I am a fly shop owner and travel all over to fly fish. This was an amazing experience fly fishing and vey recommend . Caught a lot of bone fish!!! Can’t wait to come back. Best part he had me fishing at all times.
