This dive shop although small and in hands of a Frenchman is also very good for people who speak English. We dived with them for 7 days and loved every minute of it. We were guided by James who was really great. He was not only very professional, but also very fun to be with. He is very correct ant picked us up at the time he said he would be. He is very correct in answering any question. I had been in contact with him long before we arrived and we are so glad we went diving with him. Not only is James very nice and good but, everybody who works at this shop, is great! Thanks everybody for making our divetrip so marvelous. Love you all!! Juste arrived on the beach we understood why. 1 instructor for 2 peoples and all exercices made 2 times, to be sure that everyone understand it well. All the staff is carefull and really friendly, équipement and boat is in perfect condition. I text Jordan on wathsapp to made réservation, its looks like a friend from childood. Again great dives (and after 30 years of diving I have at least a smattering of what I am talking about), excellent gear, well maintained, experienced dive guides….. What else can I say?? Amazing time diving with the crew, both Vellin and Pierre as instructors. Vellin is a very nice guy, felt safe diving with him. Saw both amazing places with a lot of colorful fish and also different wrecks. Had a great time with the whole team. We were planning to dive 1-2 times, ended up diving 5 times in one week because it was such a great place. Vellin even ended up with bringing us some fruit from his own yard. Picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off again, no problems at any time. Would definitely recommend it! See more..

From Christelle in reception to guides, Mary(owner), Olivier, Fabrice, and skipper Damion everyone being helpful and welcoming. Although I had my kit, the equipment in the center was all new, costs were very competitive. Thanks to Fabrice I completed my Wreck diver cert and got some great images, particularly enjoyed the Emily Water Lily dives, so much life. They catered for a range of abilities from discovery to experienced. So many dive sites local including several wrecks.We have booked to return in May so will be looking to dive with Well O Dive again then. (PADI, AOW, Deep dive, enriched Air, Wreck Diver, Dry suit,Rescue Diver and around 270 dives so far.) See more..

An off-season trip (May) that was perfect from start to finish. Booked with Fishingbookers and Mr Scheu was very helpful (and cheerful) to organise détails a few weeks in advance. On site, Antoinette was adorable for the final arrangements. On the day out, Captain Jérôme and his crew Bruno and Michael were fantastic... totally professional and focused, and also friendly and engaging. Don't hesitate to chat and ask questions because you'll learn a lot. And the fishing was excellent: five dorados in a few hours, of which one truly bruising male that left the arms aching. Ricardo and his team are fantastic! We did swimming with dolphins in the wild, and the driver was very knowledgeable and got us into good positions to jump in and snorkel as they swam by, but all the time respecting the dolphins and not interfering with their course. We also did the tube ride which was loads of fun, and again, Ricardo and his team were sensitive to the level of speed we wanted (given my husband has a shoulder injury). They are lovely people who want you to enjoy their home as best as possible and go out of their way for you to enjoy whichever activity you chose. Our family of four grown-ups wanted to go and swim with turtles and were told that Tros aux Biches was the place to see them from. We arrived at the beach and settled on Blue Ocean to take us out on a boat. The crewman was a knowledgeable chap who made the experience fun for us all taking us right up to where a number of turtles and fish were. There we had plenty of time to swim around with the marine life and interact with the turtles - some great photos using our GoPro too! Great experience and a great company. Thanks! See more..

Une excursion en mer avec DANCE ON THE WAVE juste époustouflante, avec un personnel au top. Nager avec les dauphins en toute intimité est possible avec eux. Nous avons même pu nager avec les tortues. Et cerise sur le gâteau, bonne musique et rhum à bord. Merci les garçons.

Vessel Magda, Skipper - Steven and brother Brandon. Sunday 16 October 2022 arrived at 05h00 to join a good friend from SA who invited me to accompany him on which was my first deep sea fishing trip in Mauritius. Been living in Mauritius for just over 3 years and in January had a fantastic near shore fishing trip with my son, chartered by Steven & Brandon's farther Steve on their smaller boat. The day kicked into gear FAST, with the brothers constantly scanning the horizon and putting us on fish from the word GO! By 09h00 we already had 4x Dorado and a Tuna on board. It was time to move and the big guns were loaded for the odd chance of a Marlin - which not long after had the reel screaming!! 1hr55min and the 250kg beast was alongside and not long after on deck! What an absolute fantastic experience. The brothers are skilled professionals who went out of their way to make a memorable trip and shared some of their vast knowledge of the ocean and fishing in general. This is a beautiful beach with clear water and lots of space to spread out. I thought it was also very clean. There are lots of hotels all along the beach, but the beach is public all along so you can go anywhere you want. We enjoyed snorkelling out close to the reef which is not very far from the beach. Yes there is boat traffic but it moved slowly through the area. We thought the best deal was to purchase a day pass for La Plage. It has a great restaurant and very comfortable facilities. It is like being part of one of the hotels without the cost. We also booked a snorkel trip and two visits with the green turtles. The snorkelling on the outer side of the reef was great and the swim with the turtles was amazing. We did our booking with Utam, who works out of the Beach House. He has a glass bottom boat set up for snorkelling trips and he was very reliable, friendly and very well priced compared to other options we explored. See more..

We've been on two unforgettable fishing trips with Alain and his crew mates. First time in January 2016 we hooked a 60 kg yellow-fin Tuna at sunrise, and it took us three hours of intense fighting to bring it aboard. Second time in December 2021 we didn't expect to beat that, so we just booked a relaxed afternoon trip. After four hours of uneventful trolling, surrounded by dolphins and a blue wale, we were satisfied and decided to return back. Then big surprise - the fishing rod bent heavily! We found Flying Gaff on the beach at Troux au Biche. He operates as boat charter for all sorts of trips. He took us to swim with the sea turtles just off Toux au Biche beach. My own diving mask was not sealing properly and the skipper gave me one of their masks and snorkles, it fit perfectly and made the experience so much better. They don’t have an office, but you can ask any of the touting-guys on the beach for Flying Gaff. See more..
