   We where in Mauritius for my daughters wedding which also coincided with my husbands 50th Birthday - there where 8 of us in total and wanted to do something different to celebrate the occasion so my daughter looked on trip advisor and found Turtle Tour - we emailed them from the hotel and arranged the trip - they came to the hotel to sign all the paperwork and arranged transfers for us - on the day they picked us up promptly and a short ride away we met with the catamaran that would be ours for the day. Once on board refreshments were free following and the Captain was exceptional with his knowledge of the area - we stopped for lunch and again the food was fantastic - one the way back we were fortunate enough to come across a pod of dolphins - the captain slowed the boat down and they stayed with us for around 20minutes so close you could touch them.    What a fantastic day trip! We went as a family of four, with two young teenagers, in not ideal weather, and it was still lots of fun. The tour operators truly made the best efforts to allow us to see and swim with the dolphins, which was a true success. The teenagers loved it. The whole day was packed with fun and lots of enjoyment. Points to recommend: wear warm clothes, it can get chilly; take money for the market; make sure you can swim well, otherwise you will not be able to swim with the dolphins. It is really worth every penny, you will not be disappointed. It does take it all out of you, so maybe plan a quiet day for the next day!! See more..

   This was our First time doing the horse riding experience- we were 2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 yrs and 3 yrs. Firstly we were so impressed with the stables it's very clean and an extremely well maintained area. The horses were also in very good condition in a clean environment. My husband and I enjoyed the horse ride to the beach accompanied by two very friendly gentleman. Our kids were on two ponies in front with us.
