I just wanted to say how very happy we were with Coquille Bonheur, and in particular our driver and guide Vijay, who we had for 3 days on our holidsy in Mauritius. He went above and beyond our expectations to show us as much of the island as possible, more than we would have seen if we had tried to drive ourselves around. He was very respectful, treating us like VIPs, driving carefully and safely, stopping at beauty spots and view points helping us to get beautiful photographs. He had so msny stories to tell of the history, culture religion and politics of Mauritius, keeping us entertained throughout each journey. We found our sight,seeing mire interesting because of this. On the last day I wss feeling a little off colour and Vijay adapted our trip to make things easier for me and even giving me some meds (gaviscon, enos, psnadol) to mske me feel better. I would highly recommend Coquille Bonheur, and in oarticular Vijay to help get the most out of your trip. See more..

We were staying on the south of the island where conditions weren’t great for SUP (too much wind & too strong current) so we called Dom at Dodo Gliders and joined him for the Black River tour in Tamarin. It was a really gentle ride, very relaxing and Dom was super, a great guide. The boards have been specially designed to be good all-rounders - extremely stable until we ended the trip with some surfing at the beach! We had such a good time we called Dom again 2 days later and arranged another tour. This time we went down the coast from Villa Caroline, past Flic en Flac to Wolmar (about 5km). On this trip Dom met us at the start and got us going and then left us so he could be at the end. About halfway he appeared on the beach with snacks & drinks and took some photos. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dodo Gliders and will definitely be calling Dom next time we’re on Mauritius. ‍♂️ See more..
