Catherine & Piaras were a joy to deal with. From initial queries to booking a place on Mountain Proficiency training the experience was incredibly professional and detailed. The information you are given is precise and accurate. They have all the items you need on the day if you forgot anything. Piaras is very engaging and goes through aspects in a detailed manner. I cannot recommend Dingle Sea Safari enough it's a definite must do... Colm our skipper gave us the most exhilarating trip in large swells from Dingle Bay to the Blasket islands visiting and entering caves along the way and telling us all the geology and history of the peninsula. Stopping at great Blasket to view the seals and their pups and then making our way out to find a huge pod of common dolphin... Fantastic day will definitely do it again and again and again! From the very beginning Jamie was all smiles, also gave forewarning to some of the best dad jokes that would frequent the trip. Jamie is an incredibly fun bloke with great knowledge of the area, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does, he has a wonderful way of telling stories and knows how to time the silence. He paced the time we had out perfectly and if you’re apprehensive about kayaking at night, don’t be, you’re in safe hands. Mick O’Brien (an absolute gentleman) picked us up in his fine boat near Ross Castle and took us out on the beautiful lakes of Killarney. He provided my daughter and I with life jackets, rain jackets with hoods, fishing rods / spinners & a delicious lunch made by his very thoughtful wife. Mick is vastly experienced, knowing all the fishing hot spots. We (mostly my daughter!) caught 23 perch (returning 11) in less than four hours as Mick knew all the fishing hot spots. Upon our return to shore, he presented lovely prizes to my ecstatic daughter for: First fish caught, most fish caught and biggest fish caught! Paudie Murphy is a fabulous guide! He’s personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent driver. We hired him for a tour from Killarney to Dingle and then Slea Head returning to Killlarney via the Conor Pass and a windmill at Tralee. He recommended a good place for a quick lunch in Dingle and had bottles of water for us in his most comfortable van. And he knows all the best spots of great photos! Truly a memorable experience! My second time stand up paddle boarding with Sligo Bay SUP and it was just as good as the first time. Went on the lake from Hazelwood Forest the first time and went along the river the second time from Doorly Park and both were very good and very scenic. I’d highly recommend this for small and big groups if you’re looking for a relaxing activity. The instructor Niall is very helpful and will guide you along if you’re a little nervous about it. The paddle boards are very sturdy in the water and you’re unlikely to fall off unless you want to. Life jackets are also provided. I’ll definitely be back again. See more..

I had a most wonderful time with Mary! I booked a private full-day custom tour with her and provided the following as guidance: "I must see Bandon as my father's family is from there - other than that please take me anywhere you would take a close friend with just one day to spend." She took me to Mizen Head where we spotted seals and I would argue that the cliffs and scenery are far more impressive than the oft requested Cliffs of Mohr. We drove through the southwest of Ireland stopping at anything we thought was interesting. I absolutely loved the Dromberg Stone Circles and exploring the Franciscan Friary in Timoleague and Gougane Barra! From all the shades of green of the farmland in County Cork to the coastal beaches, I could not have asked for a better tour! All the while, Mary helped me to better understand the history of the country and aided in my genealogy research. 10/10 would recommend any of Mary's tours to anyone I know! See more..

Sunset Kayak: We enjoyed a wonderful experience guided by Stephen, whilst the spectacular weather and sunset really helped, the guided tour itself was wonderful: Stephen had lots of local knowledge, and gave an upbeat and enjoyable narrative throughout. Jamie and Liam were great from the second we parked in portmagee. Told us no panic and go grab a coffee.. we done that and then went to the boat . Quick safety brief. And off we went. Lots of humor and stories and both lads were funny and sound. Definitely made all 12 on the boat feel relaxed and chilled and they got to know us all . Great at engaging in conversation and trying to get to know everyone on the experience... i was asked on media if it was worth it for the cost of the day. A holiday in County Mayo would not be complete without a visit to Inishkea with the Lavelles who run Belmullet Boat Charters. I travelled with my family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 5 & 7). It was the first time our kids had been at sea and the weather was not the best on the mainland so we were worried about bringing our young children. There no need to worry at all as the boat was a super steady catmaran and we were able to watch the huge waves go by with no impact on the boat. When we reached the island, Kea gave us a guided tour - which brought us back in time to imagine what life might have been like for the inhabitants of the island. The kids loved the folklore stories of the Inishkea Island King & Pirates once on the island! After exploring the island we had a picnic on the white sandy beach and went for a paddle in cold but beautiful turquoise waters before we returned to Blacksod.
