Riding with Rainforest Riding was a great experience in Dominica. We went for a trail ride, which had a good amount of shade, and then rode bare back through the water on the beach. There were great views on both the trail and beach portions of the ride. Fun for novice or experienced riders, as the riding was easy but the beach ride was novel to make it interesting. The horses were well trained and knew the trails and to follow in line, so you will be safe when you ride. The service was very friendly, and they will take pictures for you on the rides. Make sure you have cash, as it is cash only to pay. I recommend making this part of your trip when you come to Dominica! See more..

Before we decided to come to Dominica, I sent emails to all dive shops in the country. Only Jorge responded to my email. Because of that, my husband and I decided to stay in the northern part of the country. Diving with Koop, the dive instructor, and Jorge, the owner, was relaxing, excellent, and worth it! We had a great try on scuba diving and 100% recommend Fabian! It was a great and very private experience, that certainly gets you hooked on diving (in case you were not already). Even the trial lesson offers a nice dive and you really get to see a lot! Besides the great time and patient introduction in friendly atmosphere, Fabian also offers real good value for your money. The reef is very abundant and healthy - please folks consider utilizing reef friendly sun screen or UV-protecting clothes, to maintain that abundance. Love to come back to certify! See more..

My wife and I just got back from two days of diving with Remi at Cabrits Dive Centre to celebrate our honeymoon. What a superb experience! Remi manages to surf the line between being totally chilled out, yet still keeping a close eye on everything very well, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dive. He also has an amazing eye for the marine life, sniffing out the hardest to spot sea creatures with seeming ease. As for Dominica, I now know why it's a top ten dive destination. Aside from the amazingly diverse and colourful reef and corals we saw octopus, moray eels, lion fish, scorpion fish, barracuda, pipe fish, porcupine fish, trunk fish, huge crabs, lobsters, a stingray and just generally a large abundance of fish. Interesting historical site. Recommend you stop by for a couple of hours to see the restored fort and building constructed by the English when they occupied the island. The views are amazing.
