Foxy's Charters & Water Taxi image
Stopped here on our way back to Diamond Cay. Had spent the afternoon at the zoo of Soggy Dollar. The quiet and authentic nature of Foxy’s made us remember the days of the BVI of 20+ years ago. No rush, no loud tourists, no bass-thumping music. Just good drinks and atmosphere. We loved it. See more..

Collin and his entire team did an absolute fabulous job with our charter today. Complete professionals and arranged well in advance, Collin was very communicative and even arrange to pick us up directly at our house in Virgin Gorda. Captain Adam was extremely experienced and a general joy to be around throughout the day. Adam and Ben could not of been more helpful and even basically became part of our family for the day. Aside from being captains and mates on the boat, they both are independently very well trained in SCUBA and snorkeling. Which made for a really fun afternoon for all of us. We will absolutely charter with them again when we are back in town and recommend them to all of our friends! A+ See more..

  9. 4.5 Jost Van Dyke Scuba (374 reviews)
    - Family trip to Jost
    Saturday: Scuba & Snorkelling
    Jost Van Dyke Scuba image
We were in Jost for a week to celebrate our revered uncle's 70th birthday. He's a seasoned JVD visitor and has always trusted JVD Scuba for his water taxi/ charter needs, and he did so on this trip. JVD Scuba is a great group to do business with. Captain Colin picked us up in west end on our arrival and was punctual and pleasant, sharing his amazing knowledge of all things BVI. Captain James led our charter around BVI, with a great snorkeling spot, a personalized tour of the Baths, and a legendary stop at Willie T's! Captain Poli taxied is back to Tortola at the conclusion of our vacation and was terrific, friendly and accommodating! The team at JVD Scuba greatly enhanced our enjoyment of visiting this amazing place and I highly recommend that folks looking to get the most out of their experience avail themselves of JVD Scuba's services! 10. 4.5 The Bubbly Pool (372 reviews)
    - All alone
    Bodies of Water
    The Bubbly Pool image
Spent several hours here on a beautiful day. If you go make sure you turn left at the sign on the hill. We went straight on our first try and ended up along the coast. We finally figured it out and back tracked to the right path and we ended up being the only people there. Great as the waves come over and through the rocks into the pool area. Lunch afterwards at Foxy’s Taboo. Nice spot. See more..
  11. 4.5 Soggy Dollar Bar (357 reviews)
    - Soggy Dollar View
    Bars & Clubs
    Soggy Dollar Bar image
Soggy Dollar is a must do on everyone’s BVI trip with great happy hour and great French Fries. I did purchase a few items at their store, enjoyed a few beverages and soaked up the view and atmosphere. The Soggy Dollar is named that because of swim from the boat to the shore with your wet money. The negative in my opinion is not everyone can swim that far and when you dinghy in the waves make it a burden to get in and out because there is no dockage. Even though it was a pain getting from the catamaran to shore it was a worthwhile experience and glad that I made the effort. Soggy Dollar is a must do. See more..

    Bars & Clubs

This bar is full of character, particularly the character of Foxy himself, who greets visitors with impromtu songs to a calypso beat. See more..
  16. 4.0 New Horizon Ferry Service (2 reviews)
    - Why bother having online booking option?
    Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Ferries
    New Horizon Ferry Service image
Booked tickets online only to find we had to pay onboard. No problem however the price doubled from the email confirmation we received. Why include a seniors option when booking if there is no difference in the booking or price? Understand children as different size life jackets etc but seniors? Boat to JVD was very small and left on time. Return ferry was much larger and more modern but left late after waiting for stragglers who seemed to think they had all the time in the world. The island isn’t that big to justify being 5-10 min late for a ferry. Thankfully we made it back to Trellis Bay in time for the ferry to scrub island but only just. See more..

  19. 3.0 Great Harbour Beach (1 review)
    - The Beach is narrow and adjacent to the "highway" access to Foxy's and Other establishments
    Spent 1-2 hours Beaches
This beach is not the one to hang out on. Go around the corner to White Bay. The happening places here are Foxy's, Corsairs and a few others. Foxy's Yot Klub is open and busy as always. The Church is still without a roof, Corsair's is open but not complete and other places are in repair mode as well. Worth a stop for BBQ on Friday or Saturday at Foxy's but not the place to spend the day on the beach. See more..

Completed a hike up the steep road from Little Harbor and stumbled upon Guava Berry Farm. Met the Owner who gave me a very nice tour and the history. Absolutely fascinating as I learned a ton about local history in a relaxed and fun manner. The property is beautiful and the views are spectacular. There is a coffee shop there too. If you like to paint or want to get away from it all to relax -- this is a PERFECT spot. See more..
