Really enjoyed our stay at the campground water facing spot #2. Easy biking. Great access to kayak,paddle board, boating. Cool front hit right when we arrived and Us Floridians are just not good with the cold so we enjoyed the close proximity to shops and beach front activities. There is something for everyone to do.

Great experience!
What a wonderful park. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. It has all you need for a great stay with plenty of room between guests, picnic tables, fire pits, even corn hole. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are clean and Brian, the campground supervisor is very hands on and extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s also right on the river with a great view.

Nice campground close to Palm City, Fl
Campground was close to our house and after purchasing a new travel trailer we decided to give Phipps Park a try. Campground is well laid out with most trailer and RV lots along the waterway. There is also a nice paved walkway along the water for strolls in the early morning or at night. The St Lucie locks are right there so you can watch boats travel to and/or from Lake Okeechobee. Nice park for the money, trailer and RV sites have electric and water, no sewage, but there is a dump station on site.
