I went rafting on the Rio Tibagi with a group of friends from work while I was working at our Brasil location in Ponta Grossa. I didn't know what to expect, it was my first time in Brasil. I have been rafting on white water rivers in Idaho was expecting something like that but that is not really what it was. The company that took us down the river had a shop where you paid for your trip and they fitted you with life jackets and helmets. They also had a changing room. We had three rafts with our group. They instructed us on safety and what we were expected to do and then we got on the river. They had a guy taking pictures that hopped from raft to raft. There isn't a lot of white water but it was still lots of fun. There was one place on the river that we kept going back to because it provided a big splash and lots of water and they took lots of pictures there. The whole thing only took 2 hours. With the pictures and the rafting trip, I think it was about $R35 so it wasn't expensive. I may never be in Tibagi again, but I would go again if I had the chance.See more..

Apesar de já ser praticante de rafting de aventura há vários anos, valeu o passeio. O atendimento realizado pelo dono da empresa Danilo e sua esposa, sempre simpáticos, é muito bom. Os guias, apesar de serem novos de idade, são profissionais qualificados e bem treinados para atender todas as situações. Os equipamentos de segurança são de primeira. O rafting no Tibagi com ele cheio é radical e emocionante, sempre com segurança inclusive de um caiaque que acompanha a descida para um possível resgate. O local tem local para troca de roupas e para banho após a aventura. Recomendo para quem nunca fez e para pessoas experientes também.See more..
