4.0Cheng Ho Cultural Museum(258 reviews) - Recommend it for anyone interested in history Speciality Museums
The Cheng Ho Cultural Museum is a museum dedicated to the great mariner, Cheng Ho, and famous voyages. Broadly, the museum is divided into a biographical section of the life of Cheng Ho, and the remainder to his voyages. The museum goes into great details about the voyages, the organisation of the ships, the planning and control of the fleet and the legacy left behind by the voyages. There are hundreds and possibly thousands of artefacts, some of which are very high quality. This is probably the best museum in Malacca and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone interested in history.See more..
Villa Sentosa Melaka is a fine example of a traditional Malay village house located in Kampung Morten, on the banks of the Malacca River within walking distance of the historic UNESCO World Heritage district of Melaka City. Villa Sentosa is perhaps the most attractive and best preserved of all the houses in Kampung Morten and it now serves as a private museum and is open to the public. It is known as The Malay Living Museum.See more..
