I recommend staying in this village (65 RMB to enter the park) and, from here, see the various other sites like the Santa Claus House, Beihong Village, China's northernmost point, and so on. But while you're staying in this village, go to the square and look across the river to Russia, visit the northernmost outpost, and visit China's northernmost post office (and maybe send some postcards or packages from here).
