Gorgeous building

Located on Victoriei street, which is famous for some of Bucharest most intricate buildings. The CEC palace I was told was once a bank by locals. It's a building you must stop and admire on passing. It is really eye catching and beautifully designed. A definitely must visit, when one is in Old Town.
