What a place!
I walked to the Parliament Building and found these beautiful gardens in the middle of the city. What a place! There were many people, all in masks and social distancing as well as others paddling small boats in a lake. It was beautiful and refreshing.

Not big but nice
The oldest park in Bucharest. Not very big but beautiful. Shady alleys, flowers, old trees, some of them even centennial, playgrounds for children, a terrace where you can drink something, and a lake where you can take a boat ride (in winter transformed into an ice rink).

Nice park. Some work required to restore it fully.
I liked Cismigiu Parc, more so than I did the much larger Herastrau parc. It was quieter, more peaceful. Felt better maintained. That said, it is also somewhat tarnished - the large more northern water featue is neglected, a bit overgrown and completely drained! Maybe investment in Bucharest's park's is a bit depleted.
