4.5Mt. Huangshan(3.120 reviews) - Great view, be prepared for lots of stairs and paved paths. Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Mountains
To get here you won't be able to get a train since it's near a small town and not a large city so you'll need to either get a 5 hour bus from Nanjing or a 2 hour bus from Hangzhou. There are plenty of hotels where you can spend the night because you'll need as much time as possible to explore the mountain because it's not just one mountain but a huge range of mountains that would take more than a day to explore so don't waste time. If you'd like you can walk up the mountain but it's much easier to grab a tourism bus up to the cable car, hopefully you don't have a fear of heights because you'll be on there for quite a while. On the bus and cable car ride the views are incredible but once you reach the top and can explore the different peaks, the views there are indescribable; while there are plenty of beautiful photos, they don't capture the scale. You can stand on several peaks, look out across several miles and see incredible cliffs and mountain tops. If you want to explore the full range you can sleep in a hostel on the mountain top but make sure you come here before everyone else because China is always packed and you'll have to wait hours if you dont come early.See more..
4.5Jiuhua Mountain(296 reviews) - Beautiful but over commercialised.... Friday: 7:55 AM - 5:31 PM Mountains
It is very beautiful. We walked up the mountain to reach the tian tai. It took us two and a half hours but it is worth it cos along the way there are fantastic scenery . P.s. Please bring your own incense from our own country; do not believe what the people at jiuhuashan say if you don't buy the incense from temple then your wishes would not come true. It's not true!! There is no such crap as long as you have the heart to prayu that's upmost important. I am speaking from my personal experience... Don't believe the tour guides there they are out to cheat your money in ways beyond your imagination.. Just prepare for trip well, you don't need a guide there.. (unless you have tonnes of money to spare..See more..
4.5Shixin Peak(55 reviews) - You really should come and explore while in China Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Mountains
If you are visiting China, you will surely see The Great Wall and perhaps the Terracotta Warriors, but Huangshan should be on your China bucket list. There are so many beautiful sights and wonders here. It is crowded but not like the other places I mentioned. Your China trip would feel empty if you don’t visit Huangshan and this peak is very accessible to people with even limited physical abilities.See more..
You can hike to this peak in a few hours from the bottom - and break off on a different path to see the other side of the mountains. See more..
4.5Lianhua Peak(40 reviews) - Exhilarating but Crowded! Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Mountains
The highest peak in Huangshan at 1846 m asl is worth climbing. The scenery on the way up is striking but most times are spent concentrating on the effort of the climb. It is steep, punishing. But the steps are well made and ropes are available to ensure a safe climb. At the top it is a crowded place, made worse by the climbers taking a long time with their selfies. It is not suitable for people with handicaps, afraid of heights.See more..
4.5Langya Mountain(31 reviews) - Historic China Friday: 5:30 AM - 8:30 PM Mountains
We really enjoyed exploring this vast park and its many pavilions and lovely landscapes. Spend the 20 RMB to ring the large bell at the foot of the temple atop the main rises in the park.See more..
4.5Qiyun Mountain(25 reviews) - Great peace after Yellow Mountain Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountains
Qiyun mountain An awesome mountain area to visit for a few hours. I arrived at 9 oclock and it was enough to get to see the sea of clouds (on top of the fog). The temples were epic, there was no crowds and the views were breath taking. One should definitely go to "fangla village". There was for some reason no one else except me, but the path was epic. See pictures. Also, i would have wanted to stay in the town for the previous night, but no western travel sites had any of the hotels or lodging on their pages. There were some nice looking modern hotels and even a tree house hotel in the area. See more..
Очень может быть, что вы окажетесь в этом месте спустившись с Хуаншань вниз. К сожалению, в начале ноября мы увидели почти пересохший водопад. Но его каменное русло отчетливо показывало, насколько могуч он может быть и иногда бывает.See more..
I had a wonderful day on the mountain. I suggest taking the cable car up and walking down. There are many things to see on top of the mountain and tunnels. This is not a crowded place. I love being surrounded by the beauty of nature. There is a bus that goes up to the fountain from linhu park. I Suggest taking a taxi there, and the bus back.See more..

4.0Bagong Mountain(10 reviews) - Not for the corpulent unfit Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountains
Which indeed I am. To fully appreciate this attraction requires walking and climbing stairs and hills. Yes you can pay to drive your car around or take an electric guided bus tour but you will steel need legs of steel and the constitution of an ox, of which I have only the latter. The place possesses an impressive mountain-top temple which sadly, because of the air pollution, failed to provide what could be a breathtaking photograph on the road up the hills. Once inside there are numerous statues of legendary persons but you need a local friend to explain the myths behind each one as the legends are engraved only in Chinese. A good place to visit and one at which you would do well to remember which way you came because it is easy to lose one's bearings. .See more..
4.5Qingtan Peak(10 reviews) - worth to go there, it is not too far from where the cable car ends Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Mountains

4.5Caishi Scenic Resort(7 reviews) - Scenic and Key Cultural and Historic Attraction of Ma'anshan Mountains
When visiting Ma'anshan, a visit to this scenic and historic resort on the banks of the Yangtze River (Caishi Rocky Cliff) is a must! A key feature is an extensive range of exhibits celebrating the work and life of Li Bai (701-762) who was one of the greatest poets of the Tang Dynasty. The Tang era was a golden age of Chinese poetry. A lot of Chinese culture and exhibits to see and appreciate and well worth taking the time to enjoy!See more..
3.0Qishan Mountain(5 reviews) - A small mountain Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mountains
Well actually at my ag and weight it is a huge mountain but for younger, fitter people it is no obstacle. Personally I had to take the climb in three stages to get my breath. The climb itself is not interesting but once at the summit you are afforded good views of Chizhou city. At the foot of the mountain they have a small zoo and from what I can gather the inmates are more domesticated pets (rabbits etc) than wildlife. If you are energetic by all means have a go.See more..
4.0Laoshan Mountain(3 reviews) - A Beautiful Mountain Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Mountains We visited the Laoshan Mountains, along with some Chinese friends. It's located about 30-45 minutes outside of Qingdao, and easy to get to. It is a very beautiful place. We took the cable car up, which was a great ride. It gave us a beautiful view of the entire area. It is a very peaceful, and is regarded as an important art of the Taoism religion. I would highly recommend it.See more..

4.0Dongshisun Scenic Spot(1 review) - Mountain Trails Mountains • Points of Interest & Landmarks • Nature & Wildlife Areas
Entered the park reserve and drive up a mountainside road a few km along the Mountain trail road were several scenic stops where you can find trails leading up the mountainside. Just past the community of Shisun, took one of the trails leading up the mountain. While the forested mountain side was beautiful the trail did require some agility. See more..
5.0Tianzhushan Scenic Resort(1 review) - Go soon before its spoiled! Mountains • Points of Interest & Landmarks • Nature & Wildlife Areas
There are half day hikes and several full day hikes on this mountain. Charge your cell phone battery because you will be taking pictures constantly. The tourist facilities are just being built so I imagine the place will be much more crowded within a year or so. Not much to eat there right now so bring your own snacks for the day.See more..
