    Great scenery
Hiked the trail from bridge1 to bridge 5. The week of my hike the weather was mild and this turned the trails very icy. We had ice cleats and had no problem hiking. Others without ice cleats had difficulty. We did not take the guided tour into the lower ice canyon but I would highhly recommend. I have hiked this trail both summer and winter and both hikes give you a different experience. I would highly recommend hiking this trail but keep a close watch if hiking with children. If you start at bridge 1 and continue down to bridge 5 or 6 remember you have to hike back uphill to your vehicle.

    Must see
We travelled up to the lake first in the hope of spotting wildlife earlier in the day (8am). The plan did not disappoint as we came across a moose family between the canyon and the lake. We decided to cheat and not walk the 6 bridges but do drive as we were short on time . We saw bridges 1 & 2 at the canyon which were well worth the trip. We then drove to bridges 5 & 6 on the way back down to Jasper which I would highly recommend. Wish we had more time !
