I love the theatre, seats are very comfortable and cozy but my big complaint is every time I want to go to a movie its either 90% Of kids movies or weird, horror or monster movies that hold no interest for me...wish they had selection of m movies for everyone.See more..

The seats in theatre #1 are AMAZINGLY comfortable, especially for those longer movies. This business makes available a discount card each year that we do take advantage of. The Manger there, Jordan, was over the top accommodating. The outing was a success and Jordan's staff were able to keep up with our group along with his normal business traffic. This review is temporary, every time I am there (monthly) the improvements just keep coming. They keep making the theatre look more stylish and comfortable! It is a super cute place. I personally love how community minded the theatre has become in the past few months, lost of events happening that are not first run movies...Including events from the Okotoks Film Festival. I believe this review will be five stars by the end of the year. The biggest struggle is the seats however and those may take longer. This is our go to place for movies...but if you think you might want to see something they are often only kept for a week so go right away!!See more..
4.0Landmark Cinemas(1 review) - Great place with current movies Movie Theaters Having lived in Sylvan for several years now this (I am embarrassed to say) was my first visit but it won’t be my last. I always “assumed” (and yes I know what that means) that this small theatre always showed 2nd run / older movies and how wrong was I!!!!! It shows current blockbusters but in a more affordable, friendly and more intimate environment than Galaxy in Red Deer. They show matinees as well as evening shows at a fraction of the cost that large movie theatres charge. Great value pack snacks which helps when you are with you kids who never stop bugging you for something to eat. The seats are comfy and sound is awesome. There is a small arcade as well near the washrooms. Having found this little gem I will be back for sure.See more..
