We really enjoyed the time we spent with Nikki tasting the great wines her husband makes in this lovely restored farm house in Zillah. The Spurlocks and Samaniego families have come together to create a boutique winery of which they and the surrounding community can be proud. Stop in when you are in the area and say hi. Bring a picnic. Lovely people and wines, charming tasting “barn” and nice gift shop. Great view of Mt Adams from their doorstep. Happy to be the one to put them on Trip Advisor. Please review and support them. See more..

    Two Mountain Winery image
We stopped in on a Monday afternoon on our way south from Seattle. Susie was a tremendous host. She enthusiastically hosted our wine tasting while sharing the interesting story behind this estate winery. Our group of 6 split the two wine tastings that were offered to get the full experience. We really enjoyed our tastings (some in our group were big fans of the Pinot Noir Rose and want to give it a shout out. Check out their party pack of 4). The Cab Syrah was also a fan favorite. When we were done, Susie confirmed our choice of lunch places in Zillah as top notch and sent us on our way with a suggestion for another winery with a beautiful view of the Columbia River Gorge (she was right again). The grounds are well kept, the views are postcard worthy and Two Mountain is close to other wineries if you have time. You can sit in or outside (in the shade or in the sun). Great place to spend some relaxing time with friends and family. See more..
  7. 4.5 The teapot Dome Gas Station (67 reviews)
    - Tea Pot Visit
Spent < 1 hour Points of Interest & Landmarks
The teapot Dome Gas Station image
We arrived as a small group from a retirement community in Yakima. As the Dome requires a phone call prior to arrival so it is open, I did just that. The result was a prompt response from the Zillah Chamber of Commerce. We were greeted by two members of the Chamber and the Zillah Mayor! They had also organized a local veteran to greet us at the Veterans Memorial next door. Both historical sites are well maintained, complete with a tourist bureau of sorts inside the Dome. Bathrooms are available and always open. We left more than satisfied with the visit half way to our ultimate destination of Prosser.I am happy to have gleaned the Tea Pot coffee mug momento. Impressed to say the least. Thank you Zillah! Theresa See more..

  9. 4.5 Wineglass Cellars (17 reviews)
    - Double gold and gold wines!
    Wineries & Vineyards
This was the first winery we went to, and boy were we glad we chose to come here first! Linda was welcoming and friendly, staying with us the entire time, asking us questions about what brought us in, describing their wines, and answering questions we had. We didn't know that their wines had won awards before we entered, so it was a pleasant surprise to see that a handful of the wines on the tasting menu had won a double gold or gold. They were all very tasty - both the whites and the reds. I would definitely return in a heartbeat! See more..
  10. 4.5 Maison de Padgett Winery (16 reviews)
    - Excellent Dessert Wine
    Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wineries & Vineyards
    Maison de Padgett Winery image
I fell IN LOVE with their dessert wine. I was immediately hooked. It's incredibly sweet. It's a shame that I have never actually really tasted sweet wines before on wine tasting tours. I would certainly recommend this place. It's a little vineyard ran in a house-like compound with a Bavarian/vintage look. That's possibly what drew me here besides the reviews. They also offered some snack size crackers to clean your pallets in between whilst tasting. It's $5 for tasting and there are a variety to of wines offered. See more..

The lavender products are wonderful, made on site as it’s their honey. Enjoy their great tasting menu with a had crafted wood burn pizza - all locally sourced and designed by the on site cook. I almost forgot! The wine is fantastic!!!! A wonderful spot! See more..

Welcome to VanArnam Vineyards. We focus on making the highest quality wines. Our size allows us to be hands-on every step of the way from nurturing our vineyards, picking the grapes at harvest and through all the wine making in the winery. We are located in Zillah which is in the Yakima Valley of Washington - the leading wine region in Washington State. Our vineyards grow on a southern slope of perfect soils for premium wine grapes. The winery rests on the top of a hill overlooking the vineyard and the Yakima Valley with views of both Mt Adams and Mt Rainer. We think our grapes like the views as much as we do. See more..

As you sit and sip on our premium wines, views of the both Mount Rainier and Mount Adams may just take you into true bliss. We planted our first vines in 1981 and subsequently opened the tasting room in 1989. Since then we've been serving thousands of locals and visitors to the region since then, many of whom have become friends of ours and wine club members. Our philosophy is simple.
