- 4.5 Cedar Creek Grist Mill (91 reviews)
-Beautiful spot
Saturday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Architectural Buildings • Bridges • Scenic Walking Areas
Although I went when the mill itself was closed, this is a beautiful area to visit. There is a trail on the opposite side of the creek from the mill that is short, but gorgeous. It’s out of the way, so during the week when it’s closed, there are few, if any, people around. The covered bridge leading to the mill is very cool. See more..
- 4.5 Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens (81 reviews)
-A wonderful surprise on a trip of Mystery
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Gardens
On one of our Mystery trips I planned a stop in Woodland Wa. Which is somewhere between Vancouver WA. and Kelso, WA. I had heard of a lilac house or a special garden, I wasn't sure but thought it might be fun to drag 45 seniors there to check it out. Trite be told, I was a little scared that it might not be anything special....but I was oh so wrong....what a beautiful place. We spent 2hours there walking through the gardens, listening to stories of how it was all started and shopping at the gift shop was amazing! This is a place that you just have to experience yourself...just make sure that you go during the Lilac Festival which is the first part of May. That is the only time that everything is open.....it really is like a secret Garden! See more..

-Beautiful Tulip Fields
Nature & Wildlife Areas
We had spent the first part of the day at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Fields in Woodburn, Oregon. Had we known that the Holland America fields were going to be just as beautiful, and with way less people, we wouldn't have made the trip to Oregon. We loved that the fields had mulch laid down on the paths, so they weren't quite as muddy. We also liked that the tulips had signs posted near them, so you knew what type they were. Just in case you were tempted to pick some tulips, they gave you an area that you could, for .50 ea. They also had a nice gift shop with some unique items, and a catalog for ordering bulbs. Well worth the stop!! See more..

Fishing Charters & Tours
My state is on lockdown due to COVID-19 and he offered to let me re-book but refused to refund my deposit. We had several email exchanges, and he wished me to die by Covid-19. He can keep my money, I would not go fishing with him if it was free. See more..
