   We found this shop online and made a note for a day trip to the area if we needed something to fill time. We almost skipped it. But, wow. So glad we sought it out. We literally walked around this Christmas wonderland saying "wow" around every turn. And the proprietor said they had just opened for the season so they were still getting more merchandise in.    We happened upon this by accident as we drove down Boston Post Road. It’s located in front of Westbrook’s municipal building, on their spacious front lawn. We were very impressed with the variety of speciality food items. This was fresh produce, of course, but you could easily pick up some fresh breads and desserts to help make your shoreline weekend more memorable. There was also a BBQ meal available there in the parking lot. We especially enjoyed talking to Maurice and learning about his Mugger’s Marrow Stick ‘em up! Marinades. He had me at mango habanero Bloody Marys. Word of caution: if you’re driving north/west down Route 1, the entrance is before the market. We didn’t know about the market, saw it, and made a spontaneous decision to attend, turned in accidentally in the exit. We were scolded, might I even say severely berated, for our mistake (even after admitting it) by the maple syrup lady., despite the lack of crowd 20 minutes before closing. This New England welcome is the reason for the 4 star, not 5 star rating. See more..

    Visited over Mother's Day weekend and saw The Jungle Book. Lots of parking, clean place and the popcorn drink combo were kinda cheap compared to other movie complexes. There are games, small arcade area for kids and adults to enjoy. They have 12 screens. We sat in #8 and the seats seem new or well kept and the seats have cup holders. Stadium seating. The seats are not really comfy. Our movie was only 1 hour and 45 mins and I don't think I could have sat in those seats any longer then that. Overall we had a great time and can see on going back but it would be better if the seats were more cosy. The interior of the theater was well kept but it looked like this place has roof leaks if you look up and see the stained ceiling. See more..
