- 5.0 MVL Wellness (5 reviews)

Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Spas
Bringing the ideas of complete contentment (santosha), we aim to guide you on a journey to find your center so that you may experience a harmony both within and without. Modern Western medicine—while important and good—does not have to be the only path we take to find healthy balance and harmony in our lives. MVL's Integrative Massage Therapy offers another pathway to equilibrium by working alongside medicine, not separate from it. By working your body and your mind, we strive to find that balance between the two, which leads to a more stable and healthy state. Harmony leads to a more positive attitude, which in turn helps us cleanse the negativity from our lives. A healthy mind leads to healthy decisions, which leads to a healthy overall you. See more..

- 4.0 Ben & Jerry's (3.561 reviews)
-Enjoying Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream
Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Factory Tours
Good trip. We arrived at approximately 7:30 pm and made our way into the line. There were roughly 20-30 people in front of us when we arrived. The line moved smoothly and quickly and there was an employee at the front of the line who was willing to answer any questions that we had about the different flavors. Once we placed our order, we waited for roughly 15 minutes to receive our ice cream. There were multiple tables and chairs outside that one could sit on while waiting for their ice cream. There was also a Ben and Jerry’s van that provided for a great photo opportunity. The only downside is that the ice cream was VERY pricey (almost 14 dollars for 2 separate orders of a single scoop of ice cream). Definitely worth checking out but will not be coming back again due to the price. Tip: It took about 30 minutes from the time we got in line, to when we got our ice cream. See more..

- 3.0 Grand View Winery (12 reviews)
-Price has gone up but good wines & cider
Spent < 1 hour Wineries & Vineyards
Located next door to Cold Hollow Cider Mill the wines are actually blended by Boyden Valley Winery in Cambridge, Vermont. They charge $10 for 7 tastings and give you a wine glass. In CA this summer they charged $10 but refunded it if you purchased a bottle. I wound up buying 4 but was still charged the fee, a bit cheap if you ask me. The wines included a Glogg similar to German Gluehwein. A blueberry too dry for my tastes but I did like the Cassis, Vermont Ice Red and the Vermont Ice Maple Crème, like a Bailey's made with maple syrup. The person working there seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I believe he either works at the winery or is an owner so that made a difference from a diffident shop employee. We had a great time talking and sipping. See more..
