I simply can’t say enough about what an incredible experience this was. We booked the 55 mile tour with butte landing, and it was something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Our pilot was very knowledgeable about the park terrain, including history, and made us feel welcome and safe the whole time. Being on our own private butte for 30 min was incredible. It is hard to pick the best part of this experience. We had never been canyoneering before and to be honest we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We were nervous and doubting we will be able to complete the day until we met our amazing guide Jared. His passion for mountain climbing and knowledge made us feel safe at all times. He was also extremely patience with our teens and pre teen. They never felt preassure to do anything they did not want to do. Jared was amazing at teaching them how to focus, trust in themselves and pushed them to do things they did not think they could do. They are still talking about him and how accomplished they felt during the trip. On top of everything he took some amazing pictures of the my boys and famiy. We now not only have great memories but also incredible pictures we can share with loved ones. We cannot wait to come back and explore more of this beautiful park. See more..

Where else to view the planets and stars than Southern Utah. The setting and accommodations are choice to relax and enjoy the experience with your own pair of binoculars and then use the telescopes provided. Don't miss it. My dad, brother, and I are beginner mountain bikers and did a half day ride with Jake. It was a really great experience for all of us and a big part of that was all the guidance we got from Jake. He had awesome biking tips that made the ride much more enjoyable and did a great job changing pace to fit our ability level when necessary. He was very personable and shared intersting tidbits about the surrounding plant and animal life when we took breaks for water. My brother took a bit of a spill (no serious injuries) and Jake was really great giving him time to recover but also motivating him to keep going. I thought Jake was generally a very cool guy and we had a great time biking with him. We even got to see a couple endangered desert tortoises which was very exciting! See more..

Friends from Maine told us not to miss this place. We stopped on way to Springdale/Zion. They were so right. The burgers were top notch. Everything is done by hand with care. Owner suggested great beers. The hand-made pie was perfectly done. And the place is crowded with excellent Native American art which the owner gives most of the proceeds to the artists. Big heart. We had such a great time tubing in Virgin, Utah! Adam and Hannah were so helpful and the tubing experience was the BEST. Water was the perfect temperature and the people we met along the river were so nice. When going to the National Parks in Utah, I saw the gift shop and wanted to visit. The quirky cute buildings outside caught my eye. Inside the gift shop was items that you do not see in any other gift shop. Artisan Indian Jewelry was beautiful. Off to one side is an Ice Cream Parlor. The Ice Cream is made in house and was some of the best that I have ever eaten. Try the Prickly Pear Cactus Ice Cream. It is yummy. Definitely worth the stop. See more..
