- 5.0 AWOL Adventure Sports (144 reviews)
-Don't pass this group up! You won't be disappointed!! Best zipline tour!
Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Scuba & Snorkelling • Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks • Boat Tours • Gear Rentals • Kayaking & Canoeing
No joke, this was hands-down the BEST zipline tour I've had. Our guides were awesome and helpful- but most importantly they ensured our safety at all times and made it FUN! If you're in the area and are looking to get outdoors, they have an assortment of activities (kayak rentals, zilpline tours, etc) that are all reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back!! Don't pass them by! See more..
- 5.0 Zip The Snake with AWOL Adventure Sports (126 reviews)
-Rain doesn't matter when ziplining is so fun!!
Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks
Awol is such a professionally run company!! From the first email to sign waivers to courtesy follow up to confirm reservation, to the day of reservation call because of the inclement weather to see if we still wanted to partake in the activity. Also the call for directions when we were supposed to already be there. They we friendly, accommodating and patient with us. It was such a fun time!! Well planned out and everything was explained and prepared for us. The guides Noah and Macy were so fun and informative and took care of everything. They were laid back and funny, and happy to answer questions and talk and work with you. The zip lines were just a perfect amount of challenging with still being fun. They stopped for photo opts and even took picture for and with everyone. I would highly recommend this company and activity See more..

-Incredible experience!

I took my first jump over Memorial Day weekend with Sean Chuma. It was easy to see why he is considered one of the world’s best BASE jumpers. He was very professional, meticulous and informative throughout the entire experience. The jump was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done, and I highly recommend Tandem BASE to anyone who wants a safe and thrilling bucket-list experience. See more..

- 5.0 Faulkner Planetarium (4 reviews)
-Museum is Free Planetarium Reasonable Fee
Observatories & Planetariums
Great little museum with lots of information. This would be great for kids to visit and the museum is FREE! While it does have a lot of information, most of the items displayed are replicas and not the actual fossils. Still lots to see. The planetarium was great and for two adults it was only $12 to see the movie “Hidden Universe” followed by a presentation of the current night sky and constellations. There were a couple of other movies they were showing on the dome screen as well. We were there about 2 hours including the planetarium movie. See more..

- 4.5 Shoshone Falls (2.015 reviews)
-Running full force, spectacular.
Waterfalls
What a great show. We purchased tickets for the the light show. They may have over sold because there was an enormous crowd however organizers managed the traffic well. I’m sure glad we had a handicap plaqard as my mom is elderly and unable to walk distances. The light show was pretty. We decided to come back in the early morning 8:00 AM to see the falls in daylight. I’m glad we did. Only a few people were there, we had the place to ourselves and the falls were spectacular. - 4.5 Snake River Canyon Trail (233 reviews)
-Beautiful Views, but very hot!
Hiking Trails
We walked the section of the Canyon Rim Trail from Shoshone Falls Park to the Evel Knievel Jump Site. Many of the views were stunning, but it was also very hot! Probably better to get an earlier start and carry lots of water. (I could easily have consumed 2 liters while walking.) See more..
- 4.5 Centennial Waterfront Park (120 reviews)
-Beautiful surprise!
Parks
This was such a beautiful surprising find!! We saw it on the map with my Fiance' and we decided to go early morning and WOW! It was definitely a surprise!! With breakthrough views and crisp morning air, it was wonderful to be in nature not too far from the city. There was literally no one around and we got to explore nature and be like kids again. We found a hidden waterfall along with beautiful non-harmful animals nearby. Highly recommended to come early morning as the sun is rising, I can assure you, it is a most welcoming find! Take lots of pics!! See more..

- 4.5 Herrett Center for Arts and Science (41 reviews)
-Great museum
Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM Speciality Museums
We stopped by here on the way from Shoshone Falls and seeing the sites in the area and I'm so glad we did. It's part of the College of Southern Idaho and was a great way to cool off and learn about the area. Entrance to the museum is free (donations requested) and there is also a couple of quiet video areas to learn in-depth about fish and other local history. See more..
- 4.5 Rock Creek Park (28 reviews)
-Rock Creek Park, Twin Falls, ID
Spent 2-3 hours Hiking Trails
There are actually two parks here and they are both lovely. One has RV and tent camping with a camp host on site the other is day use only. The river runs through both parks and there are plenty of trees for all day shade. We found it to be very clean with restrooms, Frisbee golf course, fishing and an excellent paved walking path. There was no day use fee. Camping fees are cheap. See more..

- 4.5 Auger Falls (15 reviews)
-Perfect Easy Hike
Waterfalls
This was the perfect hike in a beautiful May morning. Take the left fork past the entrance to Centennial Park. Drive to the end of the road and walk a very short distance down the gravel road to the first dirt path. There is a small, knee-high sign that's easy to miss (Homestead Trail). Trail is easy with a few grades through beautiful meadows surrounded by awesome cliffs You can go off trail to see more of the Snake River but keep coming back to the main trail so you don't get turned around. We walked to the old abandoned bridge and then took the road back which took an hour plus but you can walk all the way to the falls. Highly recommend. No shade so take a hat. See more..
- 4.5 Putters Mini Golf (8 reviews)
-One of the best mini golf in Auckland!
Miniature Golf
My friends and I visited Putters Mini Golf yesterday and had the best time! It isn't your ordinary type of mini golf, it has an amazing, creative twist with different rules set out for each putt hole to make it a lot more fun. My favourite one was number 2 where you get to spin a wheel to see what it lands on and you can get options such as hitting the ball backwards or standing on one leg. It's very quirky and crazy! I will definitely be coming back here again! See more..
- 4.0 Dierkes Lake (118 reviews)
-Great park for our family
Spent More than 3 hours Parks
$5 to see Shoshone Falls and spend several hours at Dierkes Lake? Worth it. Great swimming area in the lake that is partitioned into a very shallow area for little kiddos and a larger, deeper area. Also some rocks nearby where the kids jumped into the lake from ~10-12 feet up. Good for paddleboarding. Fair amount of shaded spots to sit. Playground close to the lake. Overall the family loved it! See more..
- 4.0 Twin Falls (64 reviews)
-Beautiful in the Spring, Disappointing in the Fall
Spent 1-2 hours Waterfalls
This canyon is absolutely beautiful. The rock cliffs and the bridge are amazing. It's one of the few places in America where you can parachute off a bridge in the US, and that's fun to watch too. The twin falls are beautiful when there is water flowing. But once the spring rains and winter melt are gone, there is no water fall to enjoy. See more..
- 4.0 Evel Knievel Snake River Canyon Jump Site (29 reviews)
-How to Find The Site!
Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Points of Interest & Landmarks
Very cool! Directions can be bit confusing! We drove from Kimberly road to Hankins R North towards the canyon (note Hankins road turns into Temple View Way). When you get to the end of this road you will be at a new gated community that is not currently on google maps or the satellite view. When you get to the gate turn left and then right. You will follow this road to the jump site. It is a narrow road but does have parking and a place to turn around. See more..
