    Diamondhead Resort image
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at DiamondHead Resort, and utilized their bunkhouse. This year we doubled in size and had 20 people in two bunkhouses. The housing is clean, but adequate and the bunks and beds are not the best, but we are at a campground and it beats tent camping. The bar/grill is good with a large outdoor seating area. Float trip is fun; organized in getting everyone on the bus and either 6 or 12 miles up the river for drop-off. Store has most items if you forget something. See more..

  21. 3.0 Falcon Floats (41 reviews)
    - Disappointing
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Boat Tours • Gear Rentals • Kayaking & Canoeing
    Falcon Floats image
The landing area was poorly marked and difficult to get to. It was pure mud getting out of the kayak and no workers were around to help us or show us where to go. Then when we were ready to leave, people had blocked in our car!! And the lady at the desk said she would have to find the people on the river or we would just have to wait! Thankfully we were able to squeeze by by driving in the woods but all the other cars next to us were going to be in the same boat! Doesn’t seem to be very well managed or organized. The beginning of the trip was great kayaking but overall Falcon Floats was very disappointing. I would suggest booking with someone else! See more..
