   This is a great little farmstand! Fresh produce and flowers, locally-sourced honey, meats, and dairy products, homemade breads, pastries (including Whoopie pies!), dips, spreads, jams, ice cream. Lots of gift items and odds and ends. The sunflower field is what caught my attention as I drove by. See more..

   If you're looking for a special day trip near Sebago Lake in Maine, check out the beautiful Riverside Lavender Farm in Steep Falls. We visited the farm on a warm summer day and it was really great. The lavender is everywhere and smells amazing! In addition, the owners are super friendly and love to share their special planting tips with visitors. There is no admission fee, which is such a nice surprise. And there are friendly goats and chickens around if you like animals. A great take on a sunny day. See more..
