   I've hiked up Streaked twice, both with children as young as 6. Hand holding is recommended for the little ones when you get to the granite face. I definitely wouldn't do this on a wet or icy day, but otherwise, it's a great hike - challenging for sure, but short enough that you can stop if (when) needed and still be up and down in an hour or so. If I lived close by, I'd visit all the time - excellent exercise, beautiful view, low bush blueberries everywhere in August too! See more..
