    Founded in 1916 by Greek miners and shepherds, the Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Price, Utah, is one of the oldest Greek Orthodox parishes in America. The church, with its Byzantine architecture, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was the 13th Greek Orthodox Church to be built in the United States. The church remains active with services at 10:00 am every Sunday.     Beginner to Intermediate riding, a constantly twisting attention absorbing fantastically fun ride including great scenic views. If you like mountain biking you should love this trail. Slightly uphill and harder as you go but still worth even family riding on the lower sections. Twists through pinion pines along the edges of a plateau overlooking Price, Utah. Two hours would do for a quick up and back, but adding side loops of equal quality can make more of a 3-5 hour day of more than enough riding. See more..

    A great experience to see an open quarry. The past, with interesting well thought out displays of the history of the site, is well presented. And, a mock up of what an actual dig site looks like. There is a nice short trail to spend some time walking the area. Special thanks to staff for going above and beyond to point out dinosaur tracks, clam fossils and a wonderful tour of the museum! Built in 2006, the Dino-Mine Adventure Park consists of dinosaurs, volcano, swings, climbing walls, slides, forts, bridges and more.     The Ledges Driving Range is located east of Carbon Country Club and is the only driving range in Carbon County. Getting here is a bit tricky, so use Google maps to guide you. It is a self service operation with little in the way of amenities (no bathrooms). You hit balls uphill into a canyon, where the range tops out at about 220 yards. See more..
